Who are your clients exactly?
Our clients are people from Greater Manchester who understand that their lifestyle/work is affecting their health and fitness and they want to do something about it. They are men and women 40+ yrs who want effective&efficient, high quality exercise system that will future-proof their bodies for a healthy and improved quality of life. They are people who curious and want to understand what they are doing before fully committing to it and don’t want just to follow movement choreography.
Who are your programs best suitable for?
My programs are suitable for everyone and for all levels so long you are willing to make a commitment to your fitness and wellness and ready to change your life.
Where do your classes take place?
We are based at The East Manchester Academy, 60 Grey Mare Ln, Manchester M11 3DS
What type of person do I need to be to make this work?
You don’t need to be a saint. Just someone who is open minded and genuinely willing to make the time for the change you seek.
I’ve tried lots of stuff before and nothing has worked. Does this really work?
Tai Chi and our special programs can offer many benefits such as better body and spine alignment, joint mobility and strength. It has changed many of our clients’ lives and made them feel empowered and in control of their bodies once again. These amazing things can be achieved so long you are consistent with your practice and you make it a habit. We will be there for you, to help you along the way, but ultimately you are in control of your own success.
If I’m not sure I’m ready to get started, how can I sample your work to see if it’s the right solution for me?
That’s totally understandable and that’s why we offer our free workshops. They are a mixture of theoretical and practical session that will give you a chance to come and meet us and get a feel for our teaching and approach. You can also follow us on Facebook for daily tips and news.
What results can I expect?
I won’t tell you what I think, I’ll tell you what my clients say to me at the end of our sessions. They feel elevated, more dynamic, stronger and more body aware. They are able to catch themselves and correct their posture when they are out and about queueing for things. Some of them told me how my programs and classes changed their lives, they feel calmer, less anxious and better about themselves. So it’s down to you and how you let us help you.
How quickly can I expect results?
Our programs are specially designed to give you results.Of course that’s only true if you commit to consistent practice and do at least 1 class a week and exercise at home on a daily basis. If you can only attend 1 class a week without doing your “homework” that’s definitely better than not doing anything however you might reach your goals a little slower.
It sounds great but I don’t have time?
Is your wellbeing and happiness a priority? If yes, then I know you will find the time. Our different packages and programs are designed to give you results. The outcome depends on you.
Do I need to be fit to keep up in the sessions?
No – Our programs are designed to build up your fitness level an re-educate your body to move efficiently. They follow specifically designed progression. You are not expected to be able to touch your toes and do the splits.
Is it going to be really hard?
You will be progressed at your own pace and abilities. Like anything new, you will need time to adjust and feel comfortable with everything but rest assured that we would never teach you exercises that are impossible, challenging yes, impossible no!
