I found Plamen to be an experienced and personable teacher who gave everyone his full attention. To date I’ve noticed a marked improvement in my physical ability, even my doctor has remarked that Tai Chi Chuan and the methods I’m using has improved my overall levels of well-being.
The course has also given me a sense of mental discipline needed to achieve my goals. I cannot recommend the classes with Plamen highly enough.
Enjoy your journey.

I love how Plamen delves deep into the spiritual and philosophical aspects of Tai Chi, emphasizing the mindfulness, breathing techniques, and inner strength that Tai Chi cultivates. This holistic approach adds depth and meaning to the practice, extending its benefits beyond the studio into daily life. The comprehensive approach to teaching, combined with an unwavering commitment to students’ well-being, makes Plamen an exceptional guide in the journey of self-improvement and inner balance. For anyone seeking a dedicated, knowledgeable, and personable Tai Chi instructor, I couldn’t recommend anyone better.
My health and wellbeing haven’t been great; I’m constantly stressed and always on the move. I truly appreciated the nonjudgmental and safe space during the classes. I never felt awkward, the classes provided just the right level of challenge, and the instructions were exceptionally clear.
My top takeaways from the 6-week course include the breathing exercises, which help ground me and calm my mind, and the understanding that it’s okay not to get things right immediately, as it’s all part of challenging oneself and learning.
Plamen is incredibly welcoming and friendly, possessing a vast knowledge and an excellent approach for beginners. The clarity of his instructions and the demonstration of movements from various angles were particularly helpful. The progression of movements from basic to more advanced matched perfectly with my and the group’s pace.
I would encourage anyone to give it a try. It’s remarkably effective at calming the mind, teaching techniques to slow down and focus. Plus, if you have mobility issues, it’s beneficial for your joints
I would be sending my patients every week to help them with balance, posture, co-ordination and integration of right and left brain using his methods.
My mum lives with me. She has Alzheimer’s and a lot of mobility issues. I realised that at 50 I had a good chance of ending up the same way as I have already started to experience frequent back pains and brain fog. This just seemed the perfect proactive step to take.
