You want to improve your posture, mental and physical fitness and get back control over your body by learning the ancient art of Tai Chi. You recognize this requires some effort and consistency and working more closely with a teacher so that you can receive feedback and assistance and a small class format is necessary to support this.

How the Mind and Body Program can help you?

The Mind and Body Program is based on weekly classes in a small group meaning everyone receives guidance and assistance.
You will be surrounded by students that are wanting to go more deeply into the art and thus will be in a supportive environment for the development of a deeper understanding and experience of the practices and teachings.
Our Tai Chi classes are generally attended by like-minded students that are consistent and subsequently this helps to develop a sense of community and formation of new friendships.

We teach Traditional Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan based on the teachings of the Yang Family and Grandmaster Yang Jun, 5th generation lineage holder.
