My curiosity was aroused by the content and excellent presentation by Plamen leading into a traditional Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan course. The materials were very interesting and convinced me that here was a teacher I could place my trust and who’s applied methods and knowledge of biomechanics would add an extra dimension to my training regime. I expected something purely Tai Chi related and I was pleasantly surprised by a lecture on exercise from a physiotherapy point of view. I have learned a lot about how movement affects not just the body but also the mind and brain functions. I was shown a couple of exercises that I included in my daily practice.
